Dear A Thin Slice of Anxiety Readers,

We’re shaking things up around here.

Meet our new First Readers, the ones who’ll be diving headfirst into the pile of submissions and separating the gold from the garbage.

First off, we’ve got Stacey Munro. She’s got a knack for finding the spark in the dark and isn’t afraid to toss aside the drivel. Her background in the trenches of literary critique means she’s seen the best and the worst, and she’s not here to sugarcoat it. If your story’s got a pulse, Stacey’s the one to find it.

Next up is Zach Passey. This guy’s a seasoned pro with a taste for the unconventional. Zach’s no stranger to the grim and gritty, and he’s got the sharp eye needed to catch the gems among the rubble. His approach is ruthless, but that’s exactly what we need to keep things interesting.

And finally, we’ve got Mikayla Evans. She’s a connoisseur of the curious and the captivating. Mikayla’s not just looking for the obvious; she’s after those hidden layers and unexpected twists. If there’s something special in your submission, she’s the one who’ll unearth it.
